They are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the face and voice of their Sydney CBD office. Based in a modern office near Wynyard Station, this is a pivotal front-of-house role where you will create a welcoming, professional first impression for clients and visitors while supporting the broader team in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing Greeting and welcoming clients with a warm, professional manner Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls promptly and courteously Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating appointment schedules Maintaining a tidy and organised reception and kitchen area Preparing the office for internal social events Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assisting with banking, mail runs and shopping orders Performing general administrative tasks including filing, scanning and photocopying You’ll play a key role in ensuring the Sydney office runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional client experience.
